Keynote: AI Empowered Project Management - Ricardo Vargas.  
In the keynote, Ricardo will explore how emerging technologies like augmented reality, quantum computing, and advanced human-machine interfaces driven by AI are set to revolutionize project management. These innovations will disrupt traditional practices and position project management at the core of business strategy. Í átt að afburðaverkefnum: Enn betri verkefnastjórnun og aukin starfsánægja með aðstoð IPMA afburðalíkans. Kamilla Rún Björnsdóttir og Kristín Harðardóttir. 
Fjallað verður um ólíkar leiðir til að nýta afburðalíkan verkefna (IPMA Project Excellence model) sem er líst í :Grunnviðmið IPMA um afburðaverkefni (IPMA Project Excellence Baseline), sem er notaður sem mælikvarði á frammistöðu verkefna um allan heim. Kamilla Rún og Kristín hafa báðar nýlega lokið við MPM lokaverkefni þar sem þær beittu afburðalíkani verkefna á hagnýtan hátt. Verkefnin voru unnin í samstarfi við verkefnastofur Landspítala og Samskipa þar sem umbætur í verkefnastjórnun og tengsl við árangur verkefna, þ.á.m. starfsánægju, voru skoðuð.

Það er augljós þörf á að bæta samvinnu og skilvirkni innan þverfaglegra teyma, hvort sem það á að styðja við samþættingu innan einstakra virðiskeðja, aðlögun á milli virðiskeðja eða nýjar áherslur á viðskiptavini eða atvinnugeira. Þetta er kjarninn í Natural Teams hugmyndinni:

Stafræn vegferð hins opinbera er stórt umbreytingaverkefni sem snýst fyrst og fremst um fólk. Stafrænt Ísland leiðir þessa umbreytingu, þróar tæknilausnir og vinnur að innleiðingum þeirra.  Í erindinu mun Birna fara yfir þá aðferðafræði sem notuð er í  umbreytingaverkefnið og segja betur frá hlutverki Stafræns Íslands og árangri.
Samfélag Stafræns Íslands er stórt og það eru margir aðilar sem koma að umbreytingunni, bæði starfsfólk hjá hinu opinbera og hugbúnaðarteymi hjá fyrirtækjum á markaði. Með því næst þverfaglegt samstarf um vegferðina með lítilli yfirbyggingu.
